Production/Kitchen Manager
I AM NUT OK is a plant-based cheese company based in Hackney, London. Since 2017, we have been creating artisan dairy-free products that are exciting and delicious! We’re a small but growing independent company looking for like-minded and enthusiastic people to join our team.
We are now wanting to expand our kitchen/production team and are looking for fantastic candidates for the role!
The ideal candidate will have:
– Kitchen experience in a fast-paced production environment (min. 2 years)
– Excellent hygiene knowledge
– Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 minimum)
– Excellent organization skills
– Attention to detail
– Experience in scheduling/planning rotas or prep
– Experience in stock/inventory checks
– Ability to lead a team and maintain a good working environment
