Head Chef

We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Head Chef for a recently opened plant based organic fast casual dining concept called Genesis in East London, Shoreditch. Genesis is an expression of a plant based worldwide movement. More than a restaurant, Genesis is London’s ultimate healthy hang out. A cool, sociable & buzzing place serving delicious comfort street food!

The site is an all day restaurant open from lunch to dinner (looking to launch breakfast shortly). Genesis is the first ever truly Organic Vegan fast food restaurant in London and is accredited by the Soil Association. SALARY ON OFFER
£13 per hour

70 covers plus take away

BRIGADE
8-10 Chefs plus 3 KPs in the Kitchen
