Public Relations and Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Media/Press Relations:

  • Contact news and media companies with stories about Broth Bomb™.
  • Set up interviews for the CEO.
  • Answer questions from the press.
  • Track all press, social, and blog placements and measure and report the PR campaign’s effectiveness.

Marketing:

  • Help with planning and recording content for digital media.
  • Social Media: Develop strategies and content. Monitor pages/platforms.
  • Optimize website tags and SM hashtags for marketing.
  • Establish and monitor advertising analytics.

Advertising:

  • Help create advertisements with the CEO.
  • Establish and monitor advertising analytics.
  • Potential other duties as we grow: Content Creation, Media Relations, Community Relations, Financial Communications, Spokesperson, Reputation Management, Brand Management, Crisis Management

Compensation:

  • The compensation for the position will begin as an owner-equity agreement;  work in exchange for permanent ownership in the company.
  • Applicants must be able to possibly work until February 2021 without a salary.
  • This may also develop into a salaried position at that time; maybe sooner depending on investments.
  • The percent of the interest in the company will be based on prior experience and value of the company.
  • Percent equity in the company will vest (be given) monthly.
  • The dividends (profits) paid to equity partners (you) may not begin for one year.

Experience

  • Experience in some or all of these areas of expertise is recommended.
  • Little experience is required to apply; we are willing to guide someone resourceful.
  • There’s amazing room for advancement.

Location: We don’t have an office. Most work will be remote. Some tasks do require working locally (Tampa Bay) with the CEO for content creation, interviews, and meetings at the manufacturing facility.
