Dim Sum – Siu Mai (VEGAN or MEAT) AND Gluten FREE!

Enjoy our Dim Sum Series – SIU MAI VEGAN OR MEAT (single class) with Renee – you’ll make all of your favs at home!

This is part of a 4-week series where you’ll learn 4 great DIM SUM dishes that will impress your friends and family! You can purchase the bundle of classes OR enjoy them individually.

If you purchase all 4 classes by miss one of the days, you’ll be sent the recording. Please note that all recipes will have VEGAN or MEAT fillings for you as well as GLUTEN-FREE options too!

The Dim Sum Series includes:

  1. Siu Mai (pork & shrimp open-faced dumplings) – VEGAN & GF options available (Jan. 16, 2021)
  2. Har Gao (shrimp dumplings) – VEGAN & GF options available (Jan. 23, 2021)
  3. Healthy BBQ Pork Buns – VEGAN & GF options available (Jan. 30, 2021)
  4. Ham Sui Gok (fried glutinous rice dumplings) – VEGAN & GF options available (Feb. 6, 2021)

Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a confirmation from Eventbrite with the ingredients for the first week (the ingredients for the following classes will be sent out 5 days prior to the actual class) along with the Zoom link to join the class (make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom).
