Looking for new Vegan staff – Basingstoke

Sumillion Limited is an all Vegan IT Sales Company. We are an ethical company who currently donate 10% of our profits (PBT) to charity each year.

We are looking for ambitious Vegans who want to train and grow with the company. You must be great with technology, intelligent, articulate and a quick learner but full on the job training will be provided so no prior experience is necessary.

We are currently looking for the right person to help us deliver Telemarketing for our clients, who is a passionate and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador.

Your role will include:

·         Contacting customers by telephone, email or via social media.

·         Make outgoing customer calls to introducing new ideas, services, and solutions.

·         Learning and retaining product knowledge.

·         Articulate the benefits of our client’s products and services.

·         Arranging Quotes and Demonstrations for customers over the phone.

·         Help identify customer wants and needs.

·         Maintaining client records ensuring total compliance with the Data Protection policy and regulatory requirements.

·         Making sure the CRM database is updated.

Ideally you will have some telesales experience or have worked within IT sector. Full training will be given, product training and collateral given per project.

·         Experience of working to and achieving targets.

·         Telephone skills required

·         Ensure that project results are achieved on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

·         Be interested in the latest Technology.

·         Be articulate and a quick learner.

·         Working as part of a team and helping colleagues.

·         Enjoy the challenge, self-motivated and high energy.

We have multiple ongoing projects, ranging from few weeks, to a quarter and on-going, there’s plenty of work to get involved in.
