Tendril – A vegan kitchen are looking for a Junior Sous Chef and Chef de Parties for an exciting concept launching in Soho.

We have exciting opportunities for experienced Chef de Parties and Junior Sous’, to join our team located in Soho.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to work with a highly talented Executive chef and really develop their culinary skills. You will be part of the great team for an exciting concept.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, you should be confident in a fast paced kitchen managing your section and working well under pressure. Should be able to demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to complete day to day tasks

A great understanding of the industry, stock control and ordering is essential. This Is a great opportunity for any chef to show their creative flair and passion.

This is a full time position. Additional earnings through service charge will be available. Competitive salaries available and will be negotiable depending on experience. You must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Posted @withregram • @ella__vegan We had the pleasure of visiting @tendril_kitchen @sunand13cantons It is a mostly Vegan restaurant with amazing small plates perfect for sharing! We tried almost all of the dishes and left very satisfied! Pic 1 – avocado with beetroot and tortilla to dip, sourdough with pumpkin dip (our absolute fav!) and and an aubergine dish with crispy shallots 🌱 Pic 2 – Zucchini Fritters with basil purée Pic 3 – red pepper purée with kale and almonds Pic 4 – soy and sesame crispy sweet potatoes, roast cauliflower with leek and cacao nibs (both these dishes were incredible, I’d order these again) Pic 5 – ratatouille on a bed of artichoke purée with a herby crumb and quinoa and wild rice with purple potato and carrots (my fave was the ratatouille and Dave preferred the wild rice one) Pic 6 – dessert, peach and apple parfait with warm custard and crumble Was an amazing experience, Rishim explained all the dishes so well and we had a great time tasting each dish.
