We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to progress their career in one of the fastest growing food manufacturers in the UK.

Job Purpose

Working as part of a team to produce high quality products that comply with all food safety and legality requirements, for our customers.

The Job
Ensure all products meet safety and quality specifications
Ensure production tasks are carried out to specification / SOPs
Collect samples of all production runs
Ensure correct operation of Metal Detectors, check weigher and Olympus system.
Conduct GMP Audits
Highlight any issues during shift to technical management and assist in investigations

The Person

Essential

• Relevant work experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.

Desirable

• Previous experience within a food production environment.
• HND / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or relate or related discipline.

Hours of Work
The person must be fully flexible with both Day shift and Night Shift.
Day Shift – 6.30am – 6pm
Night Shift – 5.30pm – 6am
