Manufacturing Project Manager

Initially, the primary duty of the Manufacturing Project Manager will be manufacturing products to gain experience in the process. Then training new staff in manufacturing. While we have established a system for the procedures and practices, the Project Manager will lead the way in developing these systems as we grow.

The compensation for the position will begin as an owner equity agreement;  work in exchange for permanent ownership in the company. Applicants must be able to possibly work until February 2021 without a salary. It can also develop into a salaried position. Modifications to these terms will be considered if a minimum wage is needed for a preferred applicant.

The percent of the interest in the company will be based on prior experience in operations and manufacturing goals met. No experience is required to apply; I am willing to guide someone into the job. At the early stage, working directly hands-on manufacturing products will be the primary responsibility. Percent equity in the company will vest (be given) monthly.

When we are establishing a large facility with machinery, we may acquire an experienced Chief Operations Officer. By that time you would have a good amount of vested interest in the company and may also have a salary if your work going forward as the Manager or Director of Operations.

The dividends (profits) paid to equity partners in the company may not occur for a year, but the shares are yours to keep.
