As a leader in our team:
- You will possess an ambition to flourish within a demanding, yet rewarding environment

- You will have at least 1-2 years of being a manager, working in a busy hospitality establishment
- You will be creative and use your own ideas to drive the business forward
- You will be hands-on with the day to day operations of the restaurant
- You will be a key part of developing your team
- You will create a great atmosphere and lead from the front
- Have great attention to cleanliness, and food & hygiene safety practices
- Be responsible for stock control and weekly reporting
- Oversee restaurant rota budgets and sales forecasting
