Assistant restaurant manager

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and talented restaurant manager to work in this amazing restaurant in Soho. Restaurant Manager will be fully responsible for the day to day operations and the dining areas, ensuring high standards are met at all times.

The role is operational and will suit a restaurant specialist with hands-on approach. Possess a friendly yet disciplined approach with outstanding customer service skills. You will have a good knowledge of quality fresh food, a sound understanding of wine, and excellent customer service skills, with the natural ability to motivate and coach your team.

• Team player, and be fully involved in every aspect of service.
• To maintain the high Service Excellence standards
• Is able to develop and guide others in professional growth and performance Have a good level of food product knowledge, and an understanding of food preparation techniques
• Ability to deliver high standards and consistency at all times
• To be happy to work late evenings and on weekends.
