Woodland Toadstool Cupcakes – Live Baking with Anna Guerin

Follow step-by-step to make these delicious, easy-to-make cupcakes. They’re perfect to enjoy on a lovely Spring day. Make them vegan by swapping the milk and chocolate chips with dairy-free alternatives!

You will need:

Ingredients (makes 12 cupcakes)

• 275g self-raising flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 225g caster sugar
• 200ml sunflower oil
• 200ml milk (or dairy free alternative)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Decoration

• 300g icing sugar
• Red food colouring
• White chocolate chips (dairy free for vegan)

Equipment

• Bowl
• Hand whisk
• Sieve
• Cupcake cases x12
• Cupcake tin
• Spoon
