Leave dinner and drinks to us!
Join Bettina Stern, co-founder of Chaia, and Jared Fackrell, founder of Capitol Cider House, for a delicious evening of cider, enchiladas and more! We’ll eat, we’ll drink and we’ll share some fun stories along the way. And then we’ll probably eat and drink some more.

About The Makers
Chaia is a female led, female run business that believes everything’s better in a taco and making the world a better place starts with the food we eat. They believe in: good food – serving delicious, handmade food + drinks with great attention to detail; seasonality – celebrating vegetables at their very best; local farms – partnering with the farmers that grow our food; sustainability – offering a plant-focused menu for our health + the environment; and warmth – welcoming you into our shop with gratitude.
At Capitol Cider House, we do cider right! Our cider is sustainably sourced, naturally gluten free, unfiltered and free of added sulfites. We focus on crafting hard cider with modern flavors and zero sugar, sourcing exclusively from within 200 miles of the Capitol Building for ALL of our fruit – apples and otherwise.
This is a 21+ event. Please drink responsibly!
