The New Year is an excellent time to commit to vegan living, and we want to help. Mark your calendar for Saturday January 16th at 3:00pm EST when we will host guest speaker Joseph Gonzales for a free virtual talk on Vegan Nutrition! We’re thrilled to welcome Mr. Gonzales to present tips and information on staying healthy as a vegan.
Joseph Gonzales, RDN LDN has served as the Nutrition Consultant for the Blue Cure Foundation, Nutrition Director for the nonprofit NutritionFacts.org, Lead Dietitian for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine Clinical Research Division, and E-Mentorship Program Coordinator for the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Mr. Gonzales is currently based in Minnesota, where he provides nutritional support for Mayo Clinic patients in a hospital setting.
