This will be a 1 hour webinar with a degree certified nutritionist who is plant based and specialises in plant based nutrition. We will be covering the main nutritional aspects of a plant based diet, busting myths & answering questions in a safe space. 100% of all donations will go to NSW Hen Rescue to help them purchase a permanent home which will allow them to increase their rescue efforts & create a forever home for the beautiful souls they rescue.
