Seasonal Plant-Based Cooking

Join LDEI San Diego for a fun, hands-on cooking class exploring seasonal plant-based cooking. Dame Claire will lead participants through a three course meal featuring seasonal vegetables, hearty plant-based proteins and grains, and a tasty vegan dessert. If you’re looking to experiment with new flavors and ingredients, start a Meatless Mondays tradition, or just connect with other foodies – this is the class for you!
