Introduction to Vegetarian Cookery

Sit back, relax and enjoy this demonstration of Vegetarian cooking by Roving Chef Ollie Bragg. We’ve kept it simple for you (no equipment needed) but make sure you have a notepad and pen handy as he talks about and shows us such delights as Shepherdess Pie, Vegan mac and cheese and Courgette Fritters.
