We asked over 30 vegan Facebook Groups who your “favourite Asian vegan blogs/YouTuber” was. We had almost 1,000 votes (thank you if you voted). Although we’ve ranked them by numbers we feel that everyone on the list is a winner. We hope you will see some familiar names but also find some new names and enjoy watching/learning some new and delicious recipes.
1. Cheap Lazy Vegan (170 votes)
Rose Lee was born in South Korea but moved to Canada when she was eight. She first posted to her YouTube channel in May 2015, when she was living in London, UK. “I had the intention of just sharing my own thoughts & beliefs about Veganism” says Lee. The rest, as they say, is history.

Ryoya Takashima was born in 1983 and used be a vegan chef. Almost all the dishes Ryoya makes on his channel are vegan, and Ryoya is a vegan himself. On his website, Ryoya states his belief in bringing peace to the world through a vegan lifestyle. His website states, “Eat foods that are good for all people, all creatures and the environment. World peace through the food choices we make.” And don’t forget those wonderful AMSR sounds!
